We will talk about our villa project designed by Ankara Interior Architecture in the shining region of Ballıkpınar in Ankara. The Kösen Vills Botanic project was brought to life by Kösen Holding. Spanning a total of 78 acres, with 60 acres dedicated to green space, our project stands out with each villa having a 1000 square meter land share. It would be more accurate to describe the villa site as a meticulously thought-out living concept, as aspects such as walking areas, botanical park, parking lots, social facilities, indoor pool, play areas, and the distance between villas were specifically considered and addressed with great care.

With a timeless design approach, we blended the warmth of wood with a high-ceilinged entrance. The entrance hall of the house, featuring a living area and kitchen on the right, and two separate bedrooms with a study on the left, provides direct access to the backyard behind the staircase. We aimed to create an inviting atmosphere in the entrance hall with a ceiling height of 7 meters, enhanced by the natural light it receives.

We have continued the botanical and green spaces, which are among the most distinctive features of this site, in the interior design as well.

We are all aware of the importance of starting the day in the kitchen, and as Ankara Interior Architecture in this project, we have developed meticulous interior design solutions to enhance this experience. In our island kitchen projects, we specifically planned for dual sinks, one on the countertop and the other on the island. With carefully planned borders in the flooring, kitchen spaces are now more defined.

With a specialized design approach, we opted for details that would make time spent in the kitchen more enjoyable. Ample storage spaces, monochrome colors, textured cabinet doors, and modular drawers, along with modern countertop materials and state-of-the-art built-in appliances were utilized. We designed the kitchen with different lighting details to create an additional atmosphere at various times of the day.

We extended the natural feel of the wood used in the entrance hall throughout the house with natural wood floors. With our infrastructure designed entirely as a smart home, we can easily control and create scenarios for lighting, curtains, underfloor heating, and all the air conditioning units present in each room.

In our choice of light-colored furniture, we blended patterned doors and matte surfaces with matte brushed gold details, harmonizing them with natural wood.

We present our natural marble dining table, tableware with brushed gold details, and the mirror detail that doubles the size of the space for your consideration.

For homeowners who prefer to avoid climbing stairs after a tiring day, planning the master bedroom on the ground floor provides the comfort of a villa in a single-story setting. With our choice to locate the master bedroom on the ground floor, we offer convenience for those who prefer not to climb stairs after a weary day. We created a unique style by departing from traditional bedroom designs with the asymmetrical ceiling lighting and chandelier we chose by the bedside. By offering different lighting options, we transformed the space into an innovative and contemporary atmosphere.

In this bedroom with a transparent wardrobe and a view of greenery and the pool, we opted for pastel tones and natural woods.

Our multi-purpose room is designed to be isolated from the household, serving as a space where you can entertain guests or where children can have private lessons. Although we have planned a study to help you focus more efficiently on your work, we still advise against bringing work into your home.
